The Central High Museum and visitor's center is a converted Mobil station dedicated to the events surrounding desegregation in Arkansas, which took place at Central High School in 1957 and 1958. The museum celebrates the nine black students that were instrumental in the integration of Central, and the crises that surrounded this historic event. The museum is located northwest of Centennial Park, right near the school itself.
