I didn't even make to the salon. I called to try and make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude. Plus they want to know your address, where you live, and you have to give them your credit card information over the phone before they will even give you an appointment. Sorry but that is ridiculous. I am not giving my credit card information over the phone to someone I don't know. No thanks! Think i will pass on this salon. They lost my business so now I will just have to find somewhere else to go where they arn't so rude.

This is one of the best salons I have ever been to. I am a local and a native to Arkansas and have been to many many salons in Little Rock. I have extremley difficult hair and every stylists I have been to is great and very very professional. The salon is super clean and everyone was extremely friendly (offered to hang up my jacket, offered me a beverage, and even threw in a complimentary hand massage and scalp massage).. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!!! Kameron

I have been to this salon twice and have received good haircuts each time. My only complaint would be the unfriendly and somewhat abrupt tone of the individual I spoke with on the phone when making the appointments. After I complained I received a nice note in the mail apologizing for the unfriendly service. The salon is in a lovely, charming building which lends itself to a positive salon experience.
